Dear Brothers & Sisters,
This event is open to all UA Local 295 Members and their Families even if they don't have active Health & Welfare coverage. Getting your Health Screening for you and your spouse if applicable will meet your requirement for a lower deductible for 2026.
The event is free however; You must pre-register for the event. Walk ins will not be admitted to the KSC Visitors Center. Free Parking Passes will be emailed to you prior to the event.
Please join us at the Local Union 295 Welfare Fund's Wellness Fair at the Astronaut Memorial Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center on May 10th, 2025! At the wellness fair, members and their families will be able to learn about the different aspects of their health benefits offered by the Local Union 295 Welfare Fund and have a blast exploring the Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex. At this event, you can:
- Get a Health Screening (must preregister with Health Gauge and be a covered participant)
- Get the Galleri Early Cancer Screening (Walk-ins available, preregistration advised. Must be an eligible member or spouse who meet the eligibility requirements)
- Enter to win raffles and prizes!
- Enjoy lunch from our delicious food trucks (free lunch vouchers provided with registration)
- Plus, members and their families will be able to visit the Kennedy Space Center Visitor's Complex for FREE on the day of the event! (Members must attend the Health Fair first before entering the Visitor's Complex)
This is a great opportunity to learn more about your health benefits from Local Union 295 Welfare Fund and spend a fun filled day with family!
- Parking Information: Members will receive a FREE parking pass for the day of the event. You will receive an email with your parking pass from Haley Brock at HBrock@acrisure.com a week before the event. If you are unable to print your parking pass, please find a time before the event to stop by the Union Hall the week of the event to pick one up. Please remember to bring the parking pass with you, this will save you the cost of parking!
- Ticket Information: Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with your digital ticket(s). Upon arriving at the event, you will be required to present these tickets (either printed or on your mobile phone) at the security gate. You will need to have a ticket for each person in your group. If you do not receive the confirmation email with your tickets, please reach out to Haley Brock at HBrock@acrisure.com.
